Um, my name is Arlo Gillum, I’m the GM of our operation in Dallas, Texas, and we started our loadproof journey in the beginning of 2017. We were having issues with our customers, mainly confidence that we couldn’t prove how we were sending product out the back door. Of course, our innovation labs, Trevor, told us about Loadproof, and we started implementing Loadproof on a smaller scale. We were Loadproofing probably 30% of our orders….
