We have several sites, mainly close to the capital, but, load proofs but with load proof, we we we we ourselves through your previous client called NCR.
K. And we see the opportunities, but we can have and ease our workload, using your software. Okay. That that’s that that’s all, I think. K.
So so, you know, what was the, you know, what was the problem you are trying to solve? Basically, the operation is using their phones and data cables to to up the load the load, which is not by the customers, but it’s for our sake and our quality management. It is good for us. So LoadProof is helping us to lower the workload for each operator on the WERTSport, making basically this photo taken and linking back to the, orders automatically, which is which is really great. We it’s it’s shortener shorter shortening the time to to search for any kind of problems or inquiries receipts from the customers.
So that that that’s what what what that’s why load proof is good for us. Got it. So so you guys were taking photos before, but it sounds like you did not have a very good system to to, you know, manage those photos, upload those photos. So load proof has come in handy to do that. Right?
Is that correct? That’s what it sounds like. Right? Exactly. Yeah.
Exactly. Yes. Exactly. And and where in all you guys were taking photos? Were you taking photos at the time of shipping, outbound, you know, shipping?
Or is it inbound receiving? Is it quality operation? In case of, inbound shipping in inbound Okay. If we see any kind of damages on the four triple f, whatever we receive, we’re taking photos from that items, and we send it to the customer. So, basically, we are not the one who who damaged it.
It it was on the truck. Yeah. At outbound shipment, we’re taking photos to making sure everything is loaded. And in some cases, the customer requested this feature or solutions from us. And, yeah, basically, that’s all.
Great. Great. And and, you know, what was the you know, how much time you guys were spending before? Right? I mean, you you understood the concept of, you know, the importance of taking photos.
Right? Taking photos. Right? Because that is very useful to show your customers, hey, you know, this is how the product arrived and when it arrived, it was damaged. Right?
All of that. Right? So I know how much time, you guys spent and how much, you know, did Loadproof reduce that time by? We we did not measure that before. And thank you.
We didn’t we didn’t measure it until this time. Okay. As as we feel, we we cannot tell you second hours annually. It it it feels like a trend amount of huge amount of hours spent in plugging cables, checking photos, searching back. And now it’s basically just minutes or second.

You know, how was the implementation process itself? Right? How was it, you know, you know, if you could please talk about, you know, from a technical perspective, you know, how difficult was the implementation and then also from a people perspective. Right? You know, we are all happy with, you know, whatever we are doing. We are all, you know, we don’t want to know, whatever we are doing. We are all, you know, we don’t want to change our routine. We don’t wanna change our habits, you know. How is that, you know, from a technical implementation perspective first and then from a people, you know, perspective.

I understand. Technical part is how can I say? We used, load proof in different sites, as I mentioned, NCR. Yep. So technical part was very familiar for me because how can I I was the one who who tried to to to push us towards, load proof?
Yep. So that part was very easy. The call with the the Ernest and Aditya went very well, very smooth. So so this is the technical part, I guess, which I which which I can say. It it was very Okay.
Okay. It was very easy for tech insight too. Correct. We we just we we just we had hard time to find each other. Yeah.
As people perspective, if if someone understand, it it is less work for for themselves. Yep. It it makes the things easier. Yep. Yep.

And I would say in in Hungary, these people are going to be very flexible. Yeah. We are mentioned, you know, earlier. Yeah. We we are So so change management was not a big deal.
It was pretty straightforward for you guys. It wasn’t like a you know? Okay. Okay. Okay.

Work. So we created work instructions for everyone. We we we we dominated it to everyone, not not just the patient are using it. So it it it’s it’s it’s it’s it is welcomed on every site. Great.

Okay. So what are some of the key benefits? Right? What were some of the key benefits you saw? And, you know, what we have seen is that many users, right, have implemented load proof and also they were able to implement, you know, best practices along with that.
Right? The visibility that comes along with it. Mhmm. And and, you know, it’s it’s not only just outbound shipping, inbound receipts, you know, they were also able to implement for continuous improvement. You know?
So like that, if you could please talk about, you know, the top benefits that you got you in your operation, you know, that’ll be that’ll be very helpful as well. Mhmm. Benefit of load proof how can I say? As I as I mentioned, it is it’s enough to to reduce the work of the one in that. So we I created presentation slide for the local management to to to understand the problem what we are facing, which is not which wasn’t the problem there.
It was a regular day job. And as they understand that, they they see how it can help the operation, as the way it’s helping it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Sometimes we don’t expect, you know, certain benefits. And one thing that we have, you know, consistently heard from our customers and end users is that, hey. You know, you know, what what we didn’t realize is that when there is oversight, right, when people realize that, hey, their bosses or their bosses bosses can go and look at the quality of the work they did, you know, generally the quality, you know, improves. Right? That’s, you know, have you seen any benefit like that that you did you were pleasantly surprised?
Not yet. Not yet. But, as we got feedback from the customer Yeah. But, of course, this is just before we we sent emails, attaching pictures, sending SharePoint links. As we received the feedback from the customer after the changes Yep.
