Ernest – what problem were you trying to solve before we engaged?

Jameson Durrah – At that time well the problem we were trying to solve is we were trying to capture our export loads that are going out, we just wanted to make sure we provided the customer with pictures of the freight on the dock with the freight loaded with the load bars and airbags. so that we were trying to do so but was doing it with a digital camera. It didn’t work too good. Sometimes the quality of the pictures were not good and they didn’t um download into the correct folder. So finding photos was difficult. We saw this as an opportunity to improve that process.

Ernest – great and we’re also interested on what results did you achieve from working with us

Jameson Durrah – when we have a claim against us, we can go back to the pictures and show that when the product left here it was in good condition, but when it got to the destination it might be in another shape or damaged, but we could say on our end by providing them pics  and say “hey it was good when they left here we don’t know in transit what happened to the product”.

Especially with our export team this had they got a lot better. Our scores with the export team has went up.

Ernest – Great and is there a way to quantify those savings do we know how much how we’re saving today?

Jameson Durrah – yes i’m thinking of between 1,00,000 to 2,00,000 a month we’re saving on claims through LoadProof.

Ernest – wow great

Jameson Durrah – We are seeing the most savings so that’s in freight claims and damages

Ernest – That’s quite of a significant amount per month. How would you describe the transformation and what areas were you able to see the improvements

 

Jameson Durrah – you know searching for pictures like I  said before searching for the pictures it make it easier on loadproof to look for pictures and make sure I got a picture for every order that I asked for. I take pictures download them and save them so I could either get back with the customer or get back with the employee on my end to get with them. The process is a lot easier. You know using loadproof there’s a lot less steps versus the digital camera

 

Ernest – oh yeah um it’s definitely painful. Switching from the digital camera process to loadproof how would you describe that transformation? was it pretty easy or difficult?

Jameson Durrah – Joe was already familiar with the process. It was the easy process.

 

Ernest – sounds like it was pretty a seamless transition, so how likely are you to recommend us to somebody and why would someone listening

Jameson Durrah – uh right now director recommended to another site and they are onboard now, and we recommend to everybody
