Marlo – My name Marlo Gillum. I’m the GM of operation in Dallas Texas. We started our loadproof journey in 2017. We were having issue with our customers. We could not prove how we were sent in our product out the back door so of course our innovation labs told told us about loadproof and we started implementing loadproof on the lower scale, probably 30% of our orders. Due to the success of it, in 2018 roughly right at 95 percent of all orders going out the door we used loadproof. LoadProof has helped our customer to gain confidence in we doing the right things and we doing what we supposed to do. We are very dependent on LoadProof and it has helped our customers to reduce freight claims and chargebacks probably by about 85 – 90% of charges.

A great deal of the claims was coming in that it was a reduction of claims and the chargebacks they had to pay was eliminated based just because the loadproof also a great referral tool. Now their systems were integrated with accounts receivable department, so they are able to take another look. It eliminates certain communication gaps and my customers are now able to focus on their operations. The cost is minimum and the tool is user-friendly. It made our world really smooth. Now when we have a damage we use loadproof to document them. Whenever our customer receive any error when they receive their product we go back to LoadProof and prove that the product we shipped it right.

Like how Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc. have evolved into social media platforms/systems that enable individuals to showcase their beauty/pretty clothes/lovely cosmetics/hep coolness etc., LoadProof is an Enterprise system that holds similar photos/videos, but for a different reason, not for show off, but to serve as compelling, conclusive, unequivocal & indisputable system of record and proof that can be presented even in the court of law, when there is a dispute between parties while they execute many facets of the Supply Chain functions & operations. Puga is a supply chain technology professional with more than 25 years of experience in deploying capabilities in the logistics and supply chain domain. His prior roles involved managing complicated mission-critical programs driving revenue numbers, rolling out a multitude of capabilities involving more than a dozen systems, and managing a team of 30 to 50 personnel across multiple disciplines and departments in large corporations such as Hewlett Packard. He has deployed WMS for more than 30 distribution centers in his role as a senior manager with Manhattan Associates. He has also performed process analysis walk-throughs for more than 50 distribution centers for WMS process design and performance analysis review, optimizing processes for better productivity and visibility through the supply chain.
