“The customer’s customer claimed there were a couple of damage units, so our customer went ahead and asked us. As we had photos of it and he let them know that we did have those pictures as proof and then the $1900 claim was dismissed”. – Ernesto Ayala, Leading 3PL Company.

Ernest –

You know how that transpired or what happened after using LoadProof ?

Ernesto –

Okay well yeah, the customer’s customer claimed there were a couple of damage units, so our customer went ahead and asked us. As we had photos of it and he let them know that we did have those pictures as proof and then the claim was dismissed .

Ernest –
Oh that’s great and you were able to get off the hook there for any liability or any charges.

Ernesto –

Correct

Ernest –

Oh that’s great, and just curious like you know what the cost was or what that cost would have been if you didn’t have pictures in that situation.

Enesto-

I think about 1900 .

Ernest-

Okay, 1900 great yeah! So there you go, you know 1900 and from the ROI standpoint what you’re paying for LoadProof and make your money back right there

Ernesto –

Yeah! That’s probably a couple years right.

Ernest-

There on I’m just resolving one issue that’s really great and you know.

So we want to start from the beginning. What were you guys doing you know before we engaged, you guys were taking pictures, you know before implementing LoadProof is that true?

Ernesto –

No, actually  we didn’t have anything implemented at the time .

Ernest –

So, you weren’t taking pictures at all wow, just looking back at my notes from our previous conversation so then you were looking at LoadProof to implement photos and you had a need. The issue that you just described with your previous customer that came up where luckily you had photos and thankfully that you know you had photos there.

Ernesto –

Yeah, this was actually at the customer’s request they asked us what would it take to LoadProof their outbounds and well we said that’s it’ll keep the customer happy and more than i’m pretty sure it more than kept them happy since i saved them already right away for you.

Ernest –

So, great so it looks like we’re seeing some results. We resolved an issue you know for 1900 already. We’re going to keep resolving any issues that come up. So how would you describe the transformation, so implementing LoadProof was a new thing, implementing photos was a new thing for your process, how would you describe adding that to your process?

Ernesto –

Actually pretty simple it wasn’t hard to learn and as I passed it down to my associates. They were able to work on it right away; they didn’t take much to explain how to use it. It’s almost all pretty self-explanatory.

Ernest –

Oh that’s that’s great to hear, yes and that’s the whole idea with LoadProof. The benefits cost low, it doesn’t require a lot of training. It’s just a matter of fitting this in your process just taking a few few photos it just takes a couple minutes. You know that’s what that was the whole idea is, we wanted to keep it user friendly, you know easy to use and easy to implement as well so that there’s no bottlenecks added to your process. So that’s great, that’s really great to hear sounds like it’s working there in that area.

We think it also helped you with a better customer relationship with the customer you mentioned. They liked it, they liked it a lot and it’s helping them a lot too.

Ernesto –

Yeah, I mean they were the ones that came up with a good idea because they’re the ones who suggested it to us. But, again they’re the customers, so we’re like okay yeah we’ll do it. I guess he heard of it. He had already heard of it prior to us, before we were implementing.

Ernest –

That’s great yes, and we’re trying to spread it out to more and show others the great value that it brings and oh yeah we’re seeing it working. We just want to show others as well. So, how likely you would say the implementation was and you know you’re seeing some of the results now. How likely are you to recommend us to other customers or other contacts within your network.

Ernesto-

Yeah, anybody with delivery issues in my building, I would definitely don’t think about it twice, I’m saying if let’s say uh customers are reporting shortages or damages i’ll be quick to suggest LoadProof because like I said it works.

Ernest-

Yes, great great so any other questions? Have you heard any feedback that you’d like to share with us regarding LoadProof?

Ernesto-

I mean we pretty much mentioned it. I mean it works great, it saves money. Yeah, it’s something that if you run a business it’s like this, then you need something like this.

Ernest-

Yeah, right that’s it. If you’re shipping products you should be taking photos of your products prior to shipment there’s a lot of things that can happen during shipment. You know damages, shipping discrepancies, having a label off in the wrong position by an inch, and you can get off of your invoice in some cases. We’re dealing with some of the major retailers so yeah definitely if you’re shipping products today in 2020, you should be taking photos and just covering yourself from liability and unfair charges .

Ernesto-

Yeah, that you couldn’t say it better! I could 100% agree.

Ernest-

Great well, Thank you Ernesto !

SG LoadProof is a patent pending Centralized Enterprise Photo/Video Document System on Cloud for Supply Chain. SG LP is built on the fact that photos & videos are vital docs as important as POs/SOs/Legal Contracts/Fulfillment Orders that reside in ERP/WMS/TMS systems, that serve as compelling, conclusive, unequivocal proof of crucial, critical, vital operations executed in Supply Chain within/across orgs when fulfilling customer orders as well as meeting contractual obligations between orgs as merchandise is transferred between different parties that partake in Supply Chain functions & operations. And these photos/videos data should not be stored in someone’s Smartphone or Email Inbox or in their personal/work Computer, but should be stored in a Centralized Enterprise system, where such data can be pushed into super-fast, stored securely, accessible to all stake holders (CFO/Sales Reps/Customer Support/AR/AP) in an org, as well as facilitates super-fast retrieval/sharing. LP is an Enterprise System of record for Photo/Video docs & is as important as an ERP which is an enterprise system of record for POs, SOs, Legal Contracts between parties etc. that have huge legal ramifications, also as important as a WMS (Warehouse Management System) that hold indispensable shipment & fulfillment data on orders. Like how Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc. have evolved into social media platforms/systems that enable individuals to showcase their beauty/pretty clothes/lovely cosmetics/hep coolness etc., LoadProof is an Enterprise system that holds similar photos/videos, but for a different reason, not for show off, but to serve as compelling, conclusive, unequivocal & indisputable system of record and proof that can be presented even in the court of law, when there is a dispute between parties while they execute many facets of the Supply Chain functions & operations.
